Well hello there, St Neots neighbours! Over in Eaton Socon, a planning application has been submitted for a property on Prince Close that could see a car port transformed into a brand new bedroom. It's always interesting to see how our local homes are evolving!
Conversion of an existing apexed roof car port into a bedroom with a window, store room and rear entrance lobby. Creation of new vehicular access with gates adjacent to the existing pedestrian access gate. Creation of area of hard standing in the garden for vehicular parking. Revisions to door into rear garden and relocation of kitchen window to accommodate this with associated matching brick infil. installation of smaller wet room window. Removal of toilet window, infilled with matching brickwork.
